Meeting Minutes

Aside from the big Annual General Meeting every year, there are SGMs, OGMs, and Exec meetings. All of the meeting minutes from all of these can be found here. If you’re wondering what discussions are being had and the decisions being made, feel free to check them out and keep up to date with what’s happening for the club.

To help people out we collect the questions that we get asked regularly into our FAQ section. Some of the more commonly checked ones are below.

Recently the sign-up process has changed.

To become a member of the club, you will need to go to this page and click the “Join” button.

You will need to create an activate account if you don’t already have one and you will need to pay through paypal.

Once that’s done you’ll be added to our membership list and get a receipt.

When you’re in an event let one of our Exec or Lieutenants know you’re a new member and we can organise an official EGG card for you.

  • Weekly: Console Gaming sessions, PC LAN Gaming sessions, Non-Electronic Gaming sessions, general chillouts.
  • Less Regularly: LAN Parties (usually lasting 60 hours or so), City RaidsModelling and Painting DaysGeek Bar Trivia NightsInternational Talk Like A Pirate Day celebrationsArcade Crawls and much much more.

Most of these events are, naturally, free.
We’re also a campus repository of nerd culture of all kinds.

Often. Very often. We have several events running every week, plus our many other once-off events scattered throughout the semesters. Although not the largest, we’re one of the most active clubs on campus.
